[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] EcoproBM merges with Ecopro Global, a 100% subsidiary, to improve management efficiency.
Ecoprobm announced on the 26th that it decided to merge with Ecopro Global after holding a board meeting.
The merger will take place in the form of EcoProBM absorbing EcoPro Global without issuing new shares. The merger date is May 30th.
EcoPro Global was established in September 2021 as a 100% subsidiary of EcoProBM.
