[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Hanmi Semiconductor to Supply Additional Equipment for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) to SK Hynix, Achieving Record-Breaking Cumulative Orders of 358.7 Billion Won.
On the 7th, Hanmi Semiconductor announced its plan to supply SK Hynix with the third-generation Hyper model 'Dual TC Bonder Griffin' for HBM. The order amount totals 1,499.19 billion won. Previously, Hanmi Semiconductor secured contracts worth 101.2 billion won in the second half of last year and 107.6 billion won in the first quarter of this year from SK Hynix.
Hanmi Semiconductor has set a goal to achieve 1 trillion won in sales next year. In the first quarter of this year, Hanmi Semiconductor recorded sales of 77.318 billion won and operating profit of 28.76 billion won. Sales increased by 191.5% and operating profit increased by 1283% compared to the same period last year.
In addition to SK Hynix, Hanmi Semiconductor is expanding its market by supplying Dual TC Bonder Tiger to Micron in the United States.
