[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Doosan Energy said on the 29th that it has signed a contract with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. to supply 2.9 trillion won worth of Shin-Hanul 3·4.
This is the largest Doosan Enerbility order.
Under the contract, Doosan Enerbility will manufacture and supply key equipment such as reactors, steam generators and turbine generators for Shin Hanul Unit 3·4.
More than 460 South Korean companies will participate in the production of main equipment. The Shinhanul 3·4 reactor, which will be built in Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, will be carried out with the aim of completing it in 2032 and 2033, respectively.
APR1400, a 1400MW Korean standard model, is applied to Shin Hanul Unit 3·4.
