[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] New Zealand authorities investigated the capsaicin content of Samyang Foods' Buldak Stir Fry Noodles and determined that a recall was not necessary.

Previously, Denmark decided to recall Buldak Stir Fry Noodles due to their high capsaicin content.

On the 26th, Samyang Foods stated, "The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) announced that while Buldak Stir Fry Noodles have high capsaicin content, there is no need for a recall because the spiciness level is clearly indicated on the product."

A Samyang Foods representative commented, "We respect and welcome the decision of the New Zealand authorities," adding, "We will continue to do our best to offer products that can be enjoyed safely by customers around the world."
