[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] CJ CheilJedang said there was no decision on the sale of feed manufacturing and livestock subsidiaries.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service on the 15th, CJ CheilJedang explained, "We are reviewing various strategic measures for CJ Feed & Care, but nothing has been decided so far."
CJ CheilJedang established its subsidiary CJ Feed & Care in 2019 by splitting the Bio Biological Resources Division. The subsidiary that sells animal feed is also operating a livestock industry ．
