30 people evacuated after reporting "Bomb on the 100th floor of Lotte World Tower"

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] At 7:30 p.m. on the 25th, a report of suspected explosives was received at Lotte World Tower in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, causing a commotion in which 30 people were evacuated.

According to the police, a bomb was reported at the 123-story Lotte World Tower on the 100th floor, which is used as a hotel.

There were seven rooms on the floor, six of which had no guests, and 30 people who were holding events in the other one were evacuated.

After about an hour of searching, police commandos and fire authorities concluded the search, believing there were no suspicious items.

The police will investigate the situation with the possibility that it is a false report, considering that the reporter's phone number and personal information are not accurate.
