Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance was eligible for voluntary retirement from 1968 to 1978, and from 1968 to 1983.

The desired retirement allowance was offered for 70 months a month. The director born in 1968 was estimated to be paid up to 400 million won.

The background of Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance's voluntary retirement seems to be to improve the problem of manpower structure due to the deepening of old age and advanced jobs.

Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance also carried out voluntary retirement in June last year, with 95 employees leaving the company. Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance is the only large company that has officially implemented voluntary retirement for two consecutive years.

Heungkuk Life Insurance carried out its first voluntary retirement since its foundation in June, and more than 100 people left the company, and last year, Hanwha Life Insurance and Kyobo Life Insurance also sorted out a considerable number of people due to the expansion of voluntary retirement and regular special retirement.
