[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] It has been confirmed that ERUM TNC, a family company with a 100% stake in Ecopro's owner family, has changed its name.

According to the court on the 21st, Irum Tien changed his name to Daisy Partners on July 12. The main branch also moved from Ecopro headquarters in Ochang-eup, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do to Windstone Hopi Steal Building in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

Daisy Partners is a 100% family company owned by Lee Dong-chae, former chairman of EcoPro Group, and his spouse Kim Ae-hee, 20% each, and 30% each by his children Lee Seung-hwan and Lee Yeon-soo. It was established in 2001 and is said to be mainly aimed at consulting services related to tax accounting, such as providing and searching management information and outsourcing personnel and salary work. The founding capital is 700 million won.

However, it is unclear whether Daisy Partners is actually engaged in business activities. As assets grow, they have been subject to the External Audit Act and have been submitting audit reports since 2017, but sales have not been shown. As a result, the company has an operating loss of about 50 million won to 300 million won every year.

Daisy Partners currently holds a 5.37% stake in Ecopro.
