[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] DL E&C announced on the 8th that it has secured the construction contract for the 'Jamsil Woosung 4th Apartment Reconstruction Project.'
The Jamsil Woosung 4th Apartment Reconstruction Cooperative selected DL E&C as the sole contractor in the general meeting held on the 6th.
The reconstruction project plans to build a total of 825 apartment units across nine buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 32 above-ground floors. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and be completed by March 2030.
Jamsil Woosung 4th Apartment boasts excellent transportation infrastructure, including Samjeon Station on Subway Line 9 and Olympic Boulevard. It is also close to Jamsil Sports Complex and Gangnam-gu's Samsung-dong, benefiting from various development projects such as the Jamsil MICE and Yeongdong-daero Complex Development.
