[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] The Korea Exchange announced on the 15th that it will list Eco-Promaterials on the securities market (KOSPI) on the 17th.
Founded in 2017, EcoPromaterials is a company that produces high-nickel precursors. Sales and operating profit last year were 665.2 billion won and 39 billion won, respectively.
The largest shareholder of the company is Ecopro (44.8%) and 23 people (48.6%). Mirae Asset Securities is the CEO of Eco Materials and NH Investment & Securities is the co-chairperson.
