On the contrary, there is a limit on the age at which content payment (in-app payment) is possible, which has no age limit. Until now, payment could have been made regardless of age with parental consent, but from now on, only those aged 12 or older will be able to make payments.
According to the mobile communication industry on the 25th, SK Telecom's mobile payment age will be adjusted to 12 years old from the 4th of next month. At the same time, the age at which content can be paid without age restrictions will be the same.
Mobile phone payment is a service that can be paid by mobile phone at online and offline merchants, and can be used by subscribing to the additional service at the mobile carrier. The payment amount will be added to the mobile phone bill for next month. The maximum monthly payment limit is 1 million won, which can be set according to convenience.
You can use it from 19 years old or older.
This time, SK Telecom changed its usage age to lower through consultation with the Ministry of Science and ICT. In order to use the service, the consent of the guardian must come first. Guardians can sign up directly at SK Telecom dealerships.
