The project-related maintenance plan has passed the Seoul Metropolitan Government's review. The goal is to approve and start construction of the project in the first half of next year and complete it in the first half of 2029.
IGIS Asset Management is reviewing various preservation factors considering the historical nature of the building, including the lobby.
According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the 28th, the decision to change the readjustment plan for the 4-2nd and 7th districts of the urban redevelopment zone in Yang-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, which includes the Hilton Hotel, was revised and approved at the subcommittee of the city's urban planning committee on the 22nd.
The Authorization Subcommittee is an organization that reviews and decides the proposed maintenance plan delegated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Urban Planning Committee.
Developer YD427PFV plans to demolish the Hilton Hotel and build a complex facility consisting of commercial, business and hotels.
As of the end of last year, Kookmin Bank was the largest shareholder of YD427PFV shareholders. Kookmin Bank (Aegis General Private Real Estate Investment Trust No. 421) has a 61.95% stake in common shares and a 82.25% stake in first-class stocks.

The stakes of other financial companies are 3.50% of Shinhan Bank common shares, 8.18% of First Class common shares, △ 2.10% of Shinhan Investment & Securities common shares, 4.91% of First Class common shares, 1.40% of Shinhan Capital common shares, 3.27% of △Aegis Asset Management common shares and 1.39% of △Aegis Asset Management common shares.
