Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung have become the largest shareholders with 12 billion won investment in big data companies

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Actors Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung have become the largest shareholders by investing 12 billion won in WiderPlanet, a big data and artificial intelligence marketing platform developer.

WiderPlanet announced on November 11 that it has decided to increase the third-party allocation capital of 19 billion won.

The number of people eligible for the third-party capital increase is six, including actors Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung. With this investment, WiderPlanet's largest shareholder will be actor Lee Jung-jae. The new shares issued through the paid-in capital increase are 5,965,460 common shares and the new shares are issued at 3,185 won.

WiderPlanet plans to use the procurement amount for operating funds (12 billion won) and debt repayment funds (7 billion won). The initial public offering date is the 28th of this month.
