[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Golfzon announced on the 18th that it would split the GDR business division through simple and physical division and establish Golfzon GDR Co., Ltd.
The surviving company after the spin-off is Golfzon, which conducts business excluding the GDR business sector. The new spin-off company will operate the GDR business division as Golf Zone GDR.
When a new company is divided, all of the shares to be issued at the time of establishment are allocated to the divided company. The division date is May 1 next year.
