[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Taihan Cable & Solution announced on the 26th that it has won a 380kV ultra-high-pressure power grid turnkey project worth 60 billion won in Germany.
The project is to build underground cables to expand the transmission network needed for eco-friendly wind power generation in Germany. Tenets, which operates transmission networks in Germany and the Netherlands, placed an order.
Taihan Cable & Solution supplies all materials such as ultra-high voltage cables and attachments and performs electrical grid design, installation, connection, and testing.
Earlier this year, Taihan Electric Wire won two consecutive orders to build ultra-high-pressure power grids worth a total of 70 billion won.
