AlphaBIZ - Ecoprobm has decided to acquire 117.7 billion won worth of shares of its Canadian subsidiary

 

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Ecoprobm announced on the 27th that it has decided to acquire 120 million shares of Canadian subsidiary EcoCam Canada (EcoCAM Canada) for 117.7 billion won.

The acquisition amount is 7.91% of equity capital. The rate of ownership after acquisition is 100%. The method of acquisition is cash contribution. The expected acquisition date is March 29, 2024.

The company explained, "It is a funding investment for the establishment of a bipolar material plant in North America."
