Metaverse World was incorporated as a Netmarble F&C subsidiary in January 2022. It was created when Netmarble F&C merged the two companies after acquiring stakes in Item Games and Bono Technologies.
Netmarble F&C will notify all Metabus World employees of their recommended resignation, and the corporation will also be terminated.
With the end of the Metaverse World corporation, Netmarble F&C's management difficulties are considered. According to the disclosure, Netmarble F&C posted sales of 75.12 billion won last year, but an operating loss of 16.843 billion won.
