[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Samsung BioLogics, whose employee in his 20s died last year and was suspected of bullying at work, was caught bullying, sexual harassment and wage arrears at work.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor announced today (23rd) that it supervised Samsung BioLogics from November to December last year.

The coach came after a petition was filed that a male employee in his 20s who died on Nov. 16 last year suffered from harassment at work.

In addition, a number of middle managers were found to have created an atmosphere of fear by swearing and throwing protective clothing arm warmers to employees in public places, such as team leaders and workplaces.

It has been confirmed that one company habitually verbally abused its employees.

In the survey, 417 out of 751 respondents (55.5%) said they knew that they had been harassed and sexually harassed in the workplace or were colleagues.

In addition, 216 employees suffered from long hours of overtime work (12 hours a week), 89 of whom did not receive 30 million won in overtime pay.
