[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] The Korea Communications Commission held its sixth committee meeting on the same day and conditionally approved the application for the change of YTN's largest shareholder (largest shareholder) filed by Eugene E&T, Eugene Group's special purpose company.
Eugene Group, which won a 30.95% stake in YTN last year, became the largest shareholder of YTN.
