[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Naver Pay announced on the 15th that the number of insurance premiums compared through its services was about 150,000 in the three weeks since the "Auto Insurance Comparison and Recommendation" service began. This is the result of analyzing the statistics from the 19th of last month to the 8th of this month when the service was launched.
Naver Pay explained that its three-week analysis of usage indicators showed that about 59% of users who compared auto insurance were recommended for auto insurance products with lower premiums than before.
According to Naver Pay, they were recommended an auto insurance premium of 600,000 won, which was saved by an average of 30% (about 270,000 won). Users' existing auto insurance premiums are about 870,000 won on average.
