[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] Kiwoom Securities explained the trading system (HTS) access error.
On the 8th, Kiwoom Securities stated that some customers were unable to access the "Hero Net," their HTS platform, due to the influence of malicious software installed on their PCs, not due to a Hero Net error.
They also posted on their website advising customers on how to deal with HTS access errors and recommended installing and using virus removal tools.
