[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] On the 12th, Hite Jinro announced that it will acquire land and buildings in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with a value of 12.98 billion won from Jusung R&D Co., Ltd. This transaction represents approximately 3.86% of Hite Jinro's total assets.
The land area is 1,402.5 square meters (approximately 424 pyeong), and the scheduled acquisition date is the 2nd of next month.
Hite Jinro explained that the purpose of the acquisition is to secure business premises.
