[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] On the 4th, EcoPro HN, a subsidiary of EcoPro (086520), announced a decision to raise 200.1 billion won through a rights offering. The funds will be allocated to facility investments and operational expenses.
The company plans to issue 5.67 million new common shares as part of this capital increase. The issuance will be conducted via a rights offering to existing shareholders, followed by a general public offering for any unsubscribed shares.
The total number of shares before the increase stands at 15,304,932. The new shares will be issued at an estimated price of 35,300 won each, with the allotment date set for November 29. The subscription ratio is approximately 0.2975 new shares per existing share, and the record date for the rights offering is October 14.
