[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Chung Ki-sun, vice chairman of HD Hyundai, once again bought shares of HD Hyundai, the group's holding company.
HD Hyundai announced on the 21st that Vice Chairman Chung bought a total of 39,000 shares of HD Hyundai on three occasions from the 17th to the 21st. Based on the closing price on the day of the transaction, the total amount is 2.65397 billion won. As a result, Vice Chairman Chung's stake in HD Hyundai rose 0.05% point from 5.46% to 5.51%.
It is the fourth time this month that Vice Chairman Chung has announced his purchase of shares. Earlier, Vice Chairman Chung purchased a total of 156,848 shares of HD Hyundai on nine occasions from the 2nd to 16th of this month. The amount is 10.35 billion won. Up to this time, Vice Chairman Chung has invested a total of 13.046 billion won in buying back shares this month alone.
