Hana Tour Notifies TMON and WEMAKEPRICE of Contract Termination

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Hana Tour, the largest travel agency in South Korea, has announced the termination of all contracts with TMON and WEMAKEPRICE.

On the 25th, Hana Tour stated that due to unsettled travel payments from TMON and WEMAKEPRICE, it has decided to terminate all contracts with the two companies.

Hana Tour will ensure that reservations for trips departing by the 31st of this month are processed as planned. However, bookings for trips departing after the 1st of next month will be canceled.

The company added that customers who rebook with Hana Tour will be offered products as similar as possible to their original reservations.

Previously, on the 23rd, Hana Tour sent a formal notice to TMON and WEMAKEPRICE, demanding settlement of the travel products sold by that date, with a warning of contract termination if payments were not made.
