LG U+ CEO Hwang Hyun-sik purchases 15,000 shares of treasury stock

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] LG U+ announced on the 29th that CEO Hwang Hyun-sik bought 15,000 shares of his own company on the 26th.

The average purchase price is 10,020 won, and the total purchase amount is 150.3 million won.

Hwang also bought 25,000 shares at 12,600 won per share in April 2021, holding a total of 60,800 shares.

On the same day, Yeo Myung-hee, an in-house director and chief financial officer (CFO) and chief risk management officer (CRO), bought 5,000 shares and Kim Beom-soon, chief justice officer (executive director), bought 2,338 shares.

A LG U+ official said, "It is a decision to strengthen responsible management and enhance shareholder value."
