[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Emart has sold 775 shares of its treasury stock to pay for the RSU (Restricted Stock Units) granted to its executives.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service on Monday, Emart recently acquired 775 treasury shares and then sold them.
The sale price was 65,900 KRW per share, totaling 51,072,500 KRW.
The acquisition took place between January 21 and 22, while the disposal occurred over two days, January 23 and 24.
Emart decided to acquire and sell the shares to fulfill the RSU compensation for its executives. The RSUs, which were granted as stock-based compensation following a board resolution in January of last year, are now due for distribution. After performance evaluations, 13 current executives will receive the shares.
