'Qoo10' took over AK Mall ... Qoo10 acquired five companies in one year

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Asian-based e-commerce company Qoo10 has bought AK Mall, an Internet shopping mall at department store AK Plaza. Qoo10 and AK Plaza have formed a strategic alliance to help domestic manufacturers enter overseas markets.

Qoo10 announced on the 27th that it has signed a business transfer contract for AK Mall through its subsidiary Interpark Commerce.

AK Mall was a place where products in AK Plaza were sold online. AK Plaza has decided to focus on its offline department store business.
