[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] SK Hynix has begun the liquidation process of its Shanghai sales corporation in China.
According to SK Hynix's 2023 audit report on the 18th, SK Hynix has been in the process of liquidating its Shanghai sales corporation since the fourth quarter of last year.
SK Hynix established a sales corporation in Shanghai in 2006 to boost sales in China, but it will be liquidated in about 17 years. Currently, SK Hynix operates three Chinese plants: Wuxi (D-RAM), Dalian (Nand Flash), and Chongqing (Patching).
