[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Wemade Group shares, which plunged on the news of CEO Jang Hyun-kook's resignation, are also strong. It is the influence of Wemade's MMORPG (Multi-Access Role-Playing Game) Night Crow global version.
As of 12:35 p.m. on the 18th, Wemade was traded at 62,600 won, up 6,400 won (11.39%) from the previous day. Wemade fell 8.12% on the 14th and 11.36% on the 15th, but rebounded on the same day.
WeMadeMax, which is grouped into WeMade group stocks, rose 9% to 13,930 won, while WeMadePlay rose 5.97% to 12,430 won. Max and Play also weakened for two consecutive days on the 14th and 15th, but turned upward on the same day.
The strength of Wemade group stocks on this day seems to be due to the success of Night Crow. Launched in more than 170 countries on the 12th, Night Crow has been ranked No. 1 in the number of simultaneous users on the blockchain game platform "WeMix Play" just four days after its launch.
Night Crow exceeded 200,000 concurrent users in just one day after its launch. He then beat Mir 4, the existing No. 1 game, on the 16th, rising to 262,691 (the maximum daily standard). It is the first time that Mir 4, which was released in July 2022, has lost its first place.
