[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Shinsegae Group is pushing for an high-end hotel project in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu.
According to the distribution industry on the 16th, Shinsegae Property, a real estate developer of Shinsegae Group, is working on a joint project with Mirae-in, the developer of the Prima Hotel site in Cheongdam-dong.
So far, the specific amount of shares that Shinsegae Property will participate in has not yet been specified. The details will be confirmed through further consultation.
The site of the Prima Hotel in Cheongdam-dong is a place where it has managed to escape from the crisis of loss of due profit (EOD). Last year, the Korea Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives approved a nine-month extension of the bridge loan of 460 billion won in Le Pied Cheongdam, a project to develop the Prima Hotel site in Cheongdam-dong.
