[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] The Korea Exchange's Stock Market Division announced that HD Hyundai Marine Solution is scheduled to be listed on the KOSPI market on the 8th.
Established in November 2016, HD Hyundai Marine Solution is a company engaged in aftermarket (AM) services such as ship parts and fuel sales, eco-friendly ship remodeling, and ship digital transformation.
The largest shareholder of HD Hyundai Marine Solution is HD Hyundai, holding a 55.8% stake. With a confirmed offering price of KRW 83,400, the market capitalization after listing is expected to be KRW 3.71 trillion.
As of last year, HD Hyundai Marine Solution recorded sales of KRW 11.452 trillion, operating profit of KRW 185.6 billion, and net profit of KRW 143.5 billion.
