[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] KG Mobility announced on the 20th that it is officially launching a certified used car business. This makes it the second domestic car manufacturer to enter the certified used car market, following the Hyundai Motor Group.
KG Mobility's certified used cars will target vehicles from its own brand that are within 5 years of release and have a mileage of less than 100,000 km. These vehicles will go through a total of seven stages, including an intake inspection, and undergo over 280 diagnostic checks before being sold. They will also operate a 'satisfaction guarantee return policy,' where customers can receive a full refund within three days if they are not satisfied with the delivered vehicle.
On this day, KG Mobility opened its first offline showroom in Seoseoul Motorium, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, displaying around 70 vehicles and providing customer parking spaces. They plan to establish additional key locations in the future.
