According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 29th, Bang reported owning a company named "Bel Air Stradella" in the public disclosure of HYBE’s large corporate group status. This company, located in the US, is engaged in the real estate business. The corporate name "Bel Air Stradella" refers to the location of the mansion. Bang holds 100% ownership of this company.
HYBE stated, "The disclosure obligation arose for this corporation due to the designation of the large corporate group, and it was simply omitted in the initial filing, hence the correction."
According to the American real estate media outlet The Dirt, Bang purchased this luxurious mansion last year for $26.4 million (approximately 36.5 billion won). Completed in 2017, the mansion has been home to Hollywood stars like Justin Bieber, Beyoncé-Jay Z, and Ben Affleck-Jennifer Lopez. The three-story, approximately 1,020-square-meter mansion features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It includes a study, gym, lounge, separate wine room accessible by elevator, outdoor kitchen, infinity pool, sauna, massage facilities, and a rooftop terrace.
