[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Coupang to Invest 77.7 Billion KRW in Leasing Logistics Center in Seongnam
Coupang will invest 77.7 billion KRW in a capital increase of its real estate investment affiliate (IGIS Real Estate Private Equity Investment Company No. 543) to lease a logistics center in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, according to an announcement on the 29th.
The investment is intended for leasing the logistics center recently acquired by IGIS Asset Management.
Seongnam is a densely populated area in Gyeonggi Province, and Coupang aims to strengthen its delivery services, including Rocket Delivery, by securing this logistics center.
