[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] EcoPro Group will pay RSU to all executives and employees starting this year.
According to the company on the 23rd, the total number of people eligible for RSU payment is 2,706 as of September 2022, and the number of shares paid is set at 15-20% of the annual salary at the time, considering the position, number of years of service and annual salary. 50% will be paid on October 22 this year and the remaining 50% on October 22 next year.
It plans to pay listed stocks to executives and employees of listed companies and shares of listed parent companies to unlisted companies.
RSU is a stock incentive system that directly transfers treasury stocks held by the company for free.
