The Hyeonggok 4 Jugong Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project Association held an extraordinary general meeting on the 25th and announced that Hyundai Engineering & Construction was selected as the construction company.
The reconstruction of Hyeonggok 4 Jugong is a project to recreate 430 Jugong 4 apartment complexes located in the area of 169 Hyeonggok-dong, Gumi-si into a new apartment with 759 households in 8 buildings with 3 basement floors and 32 floors above ground. The total construction cost is 223.7 billion won.
Considering this position, Hyundai Engineering & Construction proposed a short name of "THE CLASS" for the reconstruction of Hyeonggok 4 Jugong.
