[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] NHN Commerce announced on November 11 that it recently acquired W.Lab, a domestic cosmetics brand that is operating a cosmetics business in China.
Through the acquisition, NHN Commerce plans to become a leader in the Chinese K-beauty market by distributing W-Lab's flagship products such as cushion fact, sunscreen and moisture cream to China based on its existing Chinese business know-how.
Currently, NHN Acommate, a Chinese subsidiary of NHN Commerce, is expanding its e-commerce distribution channels in China by supplying leading domestic brands such as cosmetics and health foods to famous Chinese online malls based on local networks.
W-Lab has been growing in China's leading online shopping malls such as T-mall, Taobao and Jingdong, the company explained.
