The figure proves that KBLiiv did not indiscriminately absorb small and medium-sized MNO users amid MNO market concerns over KBLiiv and strong demand for co-prosperity with small and medium-sized businesses.
According to the industry on the 7th, the proportion of subscribers from SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus (MNO) among KB LiveM number transfer subscribers as of the end of April was 72%. Of the total 420,000 subscribers, the proportion of number transfers is much higher.
Liiv launched MNO's first 5G plan and watch plan, which were only available on MNO. It is also said to have raised satisfaction to the same level as MNO with additional data charging services and 24-hour and 365-day customer center operations.
