[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Netmarble CEO Kwon Young-sik presented his goal to achieve good results in the global market by releasing three new mobile games starting in July.
Netmarble held the "Netmarble 1st New Media Showcase" at the G Tower of its new building in Guro-gu, Seoul on the 1st and unveiled three new mobile games, "Power of God: New World," "Seven Knights" and "Grand Cross: Age of Titan."
"I prepared (this showcase) because I thought it was meaningful to release the works to be released soon at the same time," CEO Kwon said. "The games to be introduced today are characterized by a game that anyone can easily enjoy and an immersive story that fully embodies each intellectual property (IP)."
CEO Kwon added, "We expect to achieve good results in the global market based on low entry barriers, animated directing, and excellent strategy."
God's Tower and Grand Cross Age of Titan, which were unveiled on this day, were previously unveiled at NTP (Netmarble Together with Press).
Grand Cross is a 4X strategy simulation game under development based on Netmarble's own IP Grand Cross. It is set to be released in August this year. Users can experience vast stories that unfold in webtoon format in the attractive Anime Graphic World and enjoy more strategic fun through differentiated combat systems such as special warfare and power warfare
Tower of God: The new world is a collection animation RPG based on the popular Naver webtoon "The Tower of God," which aims for its worldwide grand release in July this year. The original "Tower of God’" deals with a military drama that takes place when a boy called "The 25th Night" climbs into an unknown world called "Top."
Seven Knights was unveiled for the first time on the day. CEO Kwon said, "It is an neglected genre based on the Seven Knights IP, which has been improved to its original charm and can engage in strategic battles."
Seven Knights is an abandoned RPG under development based on Netmarble's representative IP Seven Knights. As a sequel to Seven Knights, 'Low Capacity', 'Low Specification', and 'Easy Game' were put forward. It is aiming to launch in September this year.
