[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Flitto, a language data and professional translation service company, announced on the 8th that it will participate in a meeting with a domestic startup hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups on the 9th. The meeting will be followed by talks between Sam Altman, CEO of Open AI, and Lee Young, Minister of SMEs and Startups, and question-and-answer sessions with domestic startups.

Demand for language data, which is essential for AI learning, is also surging amid intensifying competition for super-large AI such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Bard. Based on its own artificial intelligence translation engine and natural language processing (NLP) technology, Flitto has built it through an integrated language platform used by more than 10 million users worldwide. It supplies high-quality language data. Flitto's language data contains a variety of metadata information such as subject and region, speaker's age, gender, and type of conversation, optimizing artificial intelligence learning for specific fields and purposes.

Flitto recently launched Flitto AI+’, a translation service that combines generative AI with a platform that has learned vast amounts of language data. In addition to QR code-based digital menu translation, we introduced a variety of language-related practical services that combine generative AI, such as 'Flitto Place' that can be found in multiple languages with a single touch.
