[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Neowiz has joined hands with Shinsegae I&C to ensure the Asian success of its new film "Lies of P’."
On the 9th, Neowiz, along with Shinsegae I&C, the exclusive publisher of Lies of P’ in Asia, held a press conference at Chosun Palace Seoul Gangnam in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and unveiled future distribution plans. Neowiz and Shinsegae I&C plan to make efforts to promote 'Lies of P’' with users in Korea, Japan and Taiwan at the center.
"Shinsegae I&C thought it would help us distribute our packages," said Park Sung-joon, director of Round 8 Studio under Neowiz, which produced Lies of P’. "We chose it because a developmental partnership was expected and it was an excellent choice."
Ahead of its launch in September, business development, including pre-sales, has also begun in earnest. Japan and Taiwan started pre-sale on the 9th, the same as global. In the case of Korea, we plan to proceed with pre-sale in August. First-time specials and reservation specials have been prepared, and store specials have also been prepared in Japan. It will also showcase a limited edition Asian region organized by Shinsegae I&C.
