Kakao Entertainment implements an early retirement program for seniors

According to the industry on the 13th, Kakao Entertainment will receive applications for the 'Next Chapter Program' for two weeks from the 12th to the 25th. The target is a job booklet and at least 10 years (including experience of other companies) regardless of the job group, and there are no other application conditions. Provided, That an employee who holds office for less than one year shall not apply. The resignation date is scheduled for July 31st.

Kakao Entertainment will pay 5 million won and severance pay to applicants for the Next Chapter program. Based on the period of Kakao community service, the retirement allowance is provided with a basic salary of 6 months for less than 3 years, 9 months for less than 6 years, 12 months for less than 10 years, and 15 months for more than 10 years.
