[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Hanwha Solution withdraws from e-commerce business ... Liquidate 'NxEF' in a year and a half
Hanwha Solution liquidated its e-commerce affiliate 'NXEF' in a year and a half. NXEF is a Hanwha Solution distribution affiliate that runs the resell business. Through corporate liquidation, the distribution business within the group will be unified into Hanwha Galleria.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 19th, NXEF announced on the 16th that it held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on the 14th and decided to disband the corporation. It has been a year and a half since the establishment of the corporation in December 2021.
AirStack, a reseller platform operated by NXEF, will also terminate its service on the 16th of next month. The sales and purchase fees will be raised to 5% each and applied for the remaining month. The intention is to reduce trading volume without loss. The offline store, which opened in Hongdae, Seoul last month, is also open until the 30th of this month.
