[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Hyundai Motor Co. on the 20th announced its electricization strategy "Hyundai Motorway" to achieve its goal of selling 2 million electric vehicles in 2030.
Hyundai Motor will introduce an integrated modular architecture (IMA) development system in 2025 that develops models without distinguishing all car levels, and will develop and release four types of Hyundai Motor and five types of Genesis from 2025 to 2030 as a second-generation electric vehicle (EV) platform. Including four types of Kia Motors, there are 13 models of Hyundai Motor Group.
Hyundai Motors held the "2023 CEO Investor Day" at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, later in the day and announced a new mid- to long-term business strategy and financial plan.
