[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Kakao Mobility, Kakao's transportation platform, said it is grasping the service and platform infrastructure conditions related to the Ukrainian reconstruction project.

Kakao Mobility participated in the 'High-tech Industry Cooperation' panel discussion at the '2023 Korea-Poland Business Forum' in Poland. A total of 350 people attended the business forum, including leaders of the two countries, government figures and businessmen.

Kakao Mobility stressed "the importance of developing advanced technologies in the big data and AI era" in a discussion on the theme of "high-tech industry cooperation" involving the Microelectronics and Photon Technology Association in Poland, VIGO Photonics, a leading company in related high-tech materials, Comarch, a global software house, and Hanwha Aerospace, a company specializing in the aerospace defense industry.

"The advanced defense industry is basically becoming smart, data and autonomous," Ryu said. "Future technologies such as autonomous driving, UAM and high-precision maps and AI-based advanced algorithm development technologies are expected to contribute to the defense industry beyond Polish mobility and ICT services."

In addition, it added that it will seek ways to increase the convenience of tourists from both countries by providing roaming-based 'Kakao T overseas vehicle call' service.
