[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] CJ CGV announced on the 19th that it has decided to guarantee a debt of 51.57295 billion won to its affiliate CGI Holdings Limited.
The guarantee is 13.12% of equity capital. The period is until July 25 next year.
As a result, the total balance of debt guarantee will be 277.3812 billion won.
