[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Lotte Home Shopping will be the owner of Lotte's office building in Yangpyeong-dong, Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. Lotte Holdings (004990) and Lotte Well Food (280360) decided to sell their stakes in the building to Lotte Home Shopping.
Lotte Home Shopping, which already uses most of its office buildings in Yangpyeong-dong as studios and offices, is expected to be able to actively utilize its office space for its business.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 27th, Lotte Holdings held a board meeting on the same day and decided to sell 64.6% of the land and building real estate shares of Yangpyeong Office (Lotte Home Shopping). The sale date is September 1st. The transaction amount is 131.687 billion won.
Lotte Well Food also announced that it will sell its 35.4% stake in land and buildings in its Yangpyeong office to Lotte Home Shopping. The amount is 72.163 billion won.
Lotte Home Shopping has a 100% stake in the Yangpyeong office.
