SK Incross held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and board meeting to appoint Son Yoon-jung as its CEO

[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Incross, a digital advertising company of SK Group, announced on the 31st that it has appointed Son Yoon-jung, managing director of the business, as its CEO by holding an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and board meeting on the 31st. The term of office is three years.

According to the company, Son Yoon-jung, the new CEO, is a digital advertising expert who has been in the media lab industry for more than 20 years. He joined Aircross, the predecessor of Incross Media Lab, in 2001, and has served as IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) marketing manager, advertising business manager, and business manager at Incross, and has led the growth of key business sectors such as digital advertising and AI-based curation commerce T-deal (T deal).

"Incross has been flexibly dealing with the crisis through an integrated digital advertising service while the advertising market suffered an overall downturn in the first half of this year due to the economic recession," said CEO Sohn, who attended the general shareholders' meeting. "The T-deal business, which is being jointly promoted with SK Telecom, also continues to grow by strengthening product competitiveness and SK Group synergy."

"As a new representative, we will try to develop the company with great responsibility," he said. "We will create continuous results by working together with our employees with the aim of enhancing shareholders' profits and corporate value."
