[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Idol group FIFTYFIFTY has reportedly expressed its intention to return to ATTRAKT to the court.

According to a related industry source on the 16th, PFT submitted a written opinion to the Seoul Central District Court's Civil Affairs Agreement Department 50 (Senior Judge Park Beom-seok).

The court is hearing a case filed by FFT FFT against its original agent ATTRAKT for an injunction to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract.

Members of the Fifth Party and their families say they cannot return because their agency Attraction is not financially and accountingly transparent.

However, they are known to be willing to negotiate on the premise of canceling the contract.

On the other hand, the dispute between the two sides is expected to be decided through trial as ATTRAKT says negotiations should be made on the condition that the members return.

The court may make compulsory adjustments by presenting certain conditions, but if either side does not accept it, the trial process will be resumed.

PPT filed for an injunction on June 19, claiming that ATTRAKT did not fulfill its obligation to provide settlement data and its members' physical and mental health care obligations. ATTRAKT claims that "it is a trading structure agreed upon by PPT and there is no intentional omission of sales."

The court referred the case to mediation with the aim of resolving the conflict through compromise and opened a mediation date on the 9th, but failed to reach an agreement and ended it for now.
